Brothers Bistro

Went here for a late lunch Saturday with my family and had an amazing shared meal. Family favorites were shaky beef fried rice and quail. We had the hot pot as well and it was flavorful. If you like tamarind soup, you will enjoy the hot pot

Absolutely great! We've only lived in the area for 4 months, but this is the best food we've had since we've been here! They cook with thought, love and pride. Thank you for the great experience! 3rd visit 6/29/25- absolutely awesome , we get something different every time, it's always perfect. They showed us how to do the rice wraps, they're great! 5th visit- you can't go wrong! They will help you find something if you don't know what you want!

A friend highly recommended this Vietnamese restaurant, so we visited it for lunch today. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered. The Pho Brothers Dac Biet was delightful, particularly suited for cooler weather. It featured a generous portion of meat in a rich broth served piping hot. The Banh Hoi Combo Brothers included fishcake on sugarcane, grilled squid, scallops, pork, vermicelli noodles, peanuts, and a refreshing mix of lettuce and greens. The flavors were well-balanced, making for a nutritious and satisfying meal. Additionally, the Shaky Beef with rice and fried egg was delightful. The Vietnamese iced coffee was strong yet not overly sweet, showcasing the quality of the coffee beans, which I appreciated. The service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere was clean and spacious enough to accommodate many patrons. We look forward to returning soon to explore more delectable offerings on their menu.

We had a good experience at Brother Bistro. I ordered the Hu Tieu Nam Vang and my husband got the Com Tam. Both were tasty and satisfying. The server was very friendly and attentive, which we really appreciated. Overall, good food and great service. We’d definitely come back to try more dishes.

Had a wonderful experience here. Before sitting down, I let them know I have a severe nut allergy, and asked if they were comfortable serving me and let them know it was totally ok if not. They were extremely accommodating and our server helped make some nut free recommendations, which I really appreciated. He also let us sample the broth of something we hadn’t had before and was ready to explain some unfamiliar items. We enjoyed the food very much and appreciated their willingness to accommodate my allergy and explain the menu. Prices were very reasonable.
